Rolling of an aluminum profile
This is a technological cycle when a "warm" aluminum profile is assembled from several elements. The aluminum profile rolls up with a thermal bridge between an inner and outer cup that prevents heat conductive heat loss. Two whips of the aluminum profile are connected by a polyamide strip (thermal bridge). Aluminum very easily transfers heat or cold, its thermal conductivity is high. But the thermal conductivity of the polyamide strip is very low, and then it can block heat from the cold part through the aluminum. The raw materials for the polyamide strip are nylon and fiberglass.
